Neighborhood Associations: CONFAVC Confederació d'Associacions Veïnals de Catalunya (Catalonian Neighborhood Associations Confederation), a non profit entity acting in Catalonia which is focussed on the consumers protection and on the promotion of citizen participation in public issues.
